Rich Chocolate Mud

A deep sensous mud cake made in the traditional way dark couverture chocolate filled with dark chocolate ganache.
White Chocolate Mud
Sweet, rich vanilla bean and white chocolate cake filled with a creamy white chocolate ganache.
White Chocolate and Raspberry Mud
White chocolate mud cake with whole raspberries swirled through for a moist, berry delight filled with a creamy white chocolate ganache.
Lemon, Lime and White Chocolate
Soft white mud cake with lemon and lime zest baked through filled with a coconut and white chocolate ganache.
Orange Chocolate Mud

The orange twist in this cake lightens the chocolate. Baked with orange zest, juice and essence for added citrus flavour and filled and iced with chocolate ganache.
Caramel Mud
A dark caramelised dark sugar mud cake filled and iced with white chocolate ganache.
Orange and Poppyseed 
A soft, orangey poppyseed cake filled with orange buttercream and iced with a white chocolate ganache.
A dense carrot cake packed with spices and sultanas, filled with lemon buttercream and iced with white chocolate ganache.
Traditional Fruit
A rich traditional fruit cake slow baked and packed full of spice, fruit, nuts and brandy. (Please note, advance orders on this type of cake will allow the cake to develop in flavour, as it will be cooked in advance and steeped in brandy.) Traditionally used as a tier in wedding cakes to be saved as a christening cake for the first born or for your first wedding anniversary. Cake layered with apricot syrup jam, iced with almond paste.

A tangy orange and almond cake made with whole cooked oranges blended with ground almonds.

We recommend all our cakes are brushed with syrup and layered with fillings to add interest and moisture, except for shaped novelty cakes. Fillings include dark or white chocolate ganache, buttercream, strawberry jam or lemon curd.

We can cover your cake with a range of icings.
Our rolled fondant icing is most popular and can be coloured to suit your design. We cover all our fondant cakes (except fruit cake) with a ganache before icing with fondant, which adds extra flavour and taste to each slice.
Our fruit cakes work best with marzipan icing layered under our fondant, giving each slice of cake that lovely almond flavour.
Should you decide not to use fondant, your cake can be covered in a rich chocolate ganache (dark or white), buttercream or royal icing.

So many possibilities and how lovely to give each guest something individual to enjoy. Cupcakes can come in most of our cake flavours, iced with butter cream, ganache or fondant and decorated to suit your theme.
Cupcake stands also available for hire, should you wish to create a really spectacular centrepiece.
